Sean’s Amazing Double Exposure

Oratory Theme

My big idea with this photo was to use the Oratory theme of Cavalero Field and use it with Kingston. I feel pretty good about the result, I feel like I could have done better but I worked hard on it. I would ask for help more often just to make sure I am not making much mistakes because the help does help a lot.

Structured Theme

My big idea with this photo was to use the theme of nature and show that there is still beauty in winter. I feel good about the result, I feel like I did a nice job of capturing the picture and putting it into Joe’s head. I would make sure I am doing the right touches around the edges.

Portrait Theme

My big idea with this photo was to show nature again but this time in a much more clear perspective. I took the longest on this picture and put a lot of effort to attempt to perfect it. Next time I would make sure I am making the correct edits and balancing my time.

Sean’s Mysterious Staple City

Staple City

Reflecting on my staple city, I like the pattern I did and the “rail road tracks” I did the tracks to show that cities are different all over the world and wanted to show that by putting rail road tracks. Something I have to work on is the background of my images but I am proud of the ideas I have created. I made the staples all different sizes for the cities to also how different buildings are.

Driving

The biggest challenge I encountered during this assignment was finding the right angles. When trying to show a fear through an image finding the correct angle is crucial. On my driving picture the angle I took wasn’t the best photo. I took it too close but couldn’t find the angle where I could back up correctly. I could have fixed this from asking him to back up so I could have gotten more space to take the picture. It also took a lot of patience too find the right picture. On my jumped picture it took many attempts to get the right look. We eventually got it but it took patience to achieve that. Effort and patience were the 2 biggest qualities to have for this project. I know I could have did better but I am happy on how my pictures came out.

Sean’s Moodboard

Moodboard

My moodboard shows 10 fears that people have on the daily. I experience some of these fears and chose pictures of them to use for the project that represent what I believe are great fears and phobias that people have.

In my simplicity photograph it shows a white line through the big blue sky which I think shows peace and relaxation.

Yes, I would like to explore more into the contrast and emphasis part of photography.

“The Bird”

Putting Myself in History

My personal connection with Larry Bird is that he is arguably the greatest shooter of all time in the NBA. Larry dominated in the 1970’s and 80’s and his work ethic was incredible. Larry worked harder than everyone else and his hard work paid off. I want to have Larry’s work ethic but not with basketball but with other things in life. Larry didn’t care if he got respect or not he would go out every night and give every team a 30 piece.
